I’ll be carving this redfish (or red snapper) for an event later this week, so hopefully I’ll have a decent photo to add later. You’d likely want to light this piece red, not surprisingly.





Unless you’re going to cut this piece from a full-thickness block, you should plan on adding a base piece for stability. It also helps get it up out of the display tray.
